Collection includes two unpublished typed poems entitled "A Fiftieth Birthday for Janice" (1982) and "All Souls 1991" (1991); letters and cards from Sarton; writings by Saron about their trip to Europe; transcripts of Juliette Huxley letters to Sarton; printed broadsides of Sarton poems; photograph album of their trip to Europe, etc.; clippings and printed material re: Sarton; an account by Oberacker re: her first Christmas with Sarton, 1981; two letters from Sarton's father to her mother, 1932; insurance policies, etc.; and six videotapes of Sarton's memorial service and Sarton talking about her life and poetry.

By Source, Fair use, Link May Sarton (May 3, 1912-July 16, 1995), poet and novelist, was born Elanore Marie Sarton in Wondelgem, Belgium, the daughter of George Sarton, a noted historian of science, and Eleanor Mabel Elwes, an English portrait painter and designer. Sarton moved with her parents to England, and in 1916 the family immigrated to the United States.
